The End Times is an online satire publication. That's the short version.

The longer version takes us back to 2016, when The End Times was first launched within a week of what was then a new and inspiring satire site, The Babylon Bee.

After gaining significant traction in the first few months with multiple posts made on a daily basis, the creator of The End Times was approached by leaders in his church who had concerns about satire. In an effort to err on the side of accommodation, The End Times was effectively shelved, with only the occasional new post made thereafter. By 2020 the site was rarely updated at all.

Fast forward to 2025. Considering the crazy trajectory of the culture and, ironically, The Babylon Bee, there seems to be a real need for just the kind of narrative-shaking apocalypse promoted by The End Times, so here we are to help readers notice, mock, and push back on the incredibly idiotic evils that have been ruling over us for far too long.

As of this post (made on April 16, 2025), the plan is to (re-)launch The End Times on Resurrection weekend (Easter). #ChristIsKing

We will set sail with the promise of at least three new posts per week and a free subscription service via Substack so readers can get fresh apocalyptic satire delivered straight to their inbox. As interest and support grows, we will move toward publishing daily and expanding from there.
