WASHINGTON, DC – Highly placed sources in the Obama Administration are acknowledging that the controversial Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, was “basically written by a Magic 8-Ball.”
Since being adopted in in 2010 and beginning a gradual process of market pillaging “progress” scheduled to run through 2020, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act has ravaged health insurance and medical markets while sending health care costs through the roof for those it was supposed to “help the most”. Even many advocates of the program now admit that it will do much more damage in the final four years of its implementation than it has already.
“What do you expect from a bill that was basically written by a Magic 8-Ball?” laughed one highly placed White House staffer on condition of anonymity. “Of course it didn’t actually make health care more affordable! Of course it destroys private markets! Of course it it drives working Americans deeper into debt, despair, and dependence upon government!”
